Pattern Making

Wallwork Cast alloys has an in-house pattern making service available. this enables wooden or resin patterns to be manufactured from a drawing, existing castings or even just a customers idea. If a new pattern is to be manufactured then it typically adds approx 2 weeks to the delivery time of the casting. Casting designers also have experience in the heat treatment side of the business and so have practical experience of using jig & fixtures and their usual modes of failure.
